Interiors 1900 was founded on a philosophy to bring to market exclusively designed and beautifully produced products. We invest heavily in new product development every year. We do not simply “shop” from overseas suppliers. Our in house design team work in collaboration with creative suppliers and outside designers from around the globe to bring you fresh elegant designs that are in keeping with the ever changing fashions.

Having invested so much in design, we want to keep our deigns unique for our customers. We do not hesitate to protect our intellectual property. We are members of ACID, a well regarded UK organisation set up to prevent infringements of copyright. 

Price
We have spent a great deal of time traveling the globe in search of the very highest quality manufacture at the best possible price. After many years of building relationships with the best factories, we are confident that the lights we supply offer the exceptional quality and value for money.

Quality
As an approved member of the UK Lighting Association Code of Practice consumers and our customers can buy our products confident in the knowledge the regulatory authorities requirements for due diligence are being satisfied. This includes testing every fitting up to 4000 volts. It also requires the keeping of detailed records to enable traceability should any fault be found other products which may be affected could be isolated.

In addition to these strict guidelines on safety, products are checked at the factories and on arrival at our premises to ensure the lamps have been made to our specification and to the highest standards.

Service & Support
The high quality of our products is backed up with efficient, straightforward service. Our Bi-lingual customer service team is dedicated to help our trade customers from the UK or Europe in any way they can. Our technical staffed are trained by the Lighting Association to deal with any technical queries which may arise.

We believe in supporting our stockists. Each year we invest in high quality photography and beautiful brochures. These are available to view and discuss at our stockists where examples of our work can also be seen. 

Fulfilment
We aim to keep stock of all our products although from time to time excessive demand means that lines are occasionally out of stock. We offer a quick and efficient service; processing orders the same day. Delivery is usually made within 5 working days, with many orders being received the next day.

Our warehouse staff carefully pack each item, with the more fragile items being double boxed so please be assured that your products will arrive safely. In the rare cases where there has been damage in transit, this is investigated promptly and replacements sent. Packaging of our products is constantly reviewed and, where necessary, improved.

Assurance of Quality
The company is fully conversant with the electrical standards required for different markets. All our products from the most simple to the most complex are submitted to rigorous monitoring and testing at each stage of production. We are fully accredited members of the Lighting Association and adhere to the Association’s Code of Practice. We are also member of ACID to register and protect our designs.
